• Staff Training
  An important part of your overall training, these effective tools provide all staff members - from your front desk personnel, to your veterinary technicians—with comprehensive training on the necessity and benefit of each wellness initiative. As a result, staff members acknowledge and understand the value and importance of your wellness programs; client compliance is therefore significantly enhanced; and ongoing client education becomes standard procedure.

• Implementation Guides
  Comprehensive implementation guides are available for each Vet Met program. These guides provide staff members with an understanding of the goals and guidelines for the individual programs and the client communication training tools to drive maximum client compliance.

The implementation guides give you instruction on discussing the program goals and guidelines with your staff members, and identifies key client messages that will be most important and influential. Sample client messages and talking points are also provided to enhance your client communication and education efforts and gain maximum compliance.
