2005 Dental Marketing Program Money Back Guarantee

Participating practices in the Veterinary Metrics 2005 Dental Marketing Program will receive the added benefit of a full money back guarantee. With this guarantee, Vet Met promises that practices will generate revenues of at least five times their program investment, or Vet Met will refund or credit participants for all mailing and fulfillment expenses associated with the Dental Marketing Program.

The return on investment will be calculated on total revenues generated by the practice from targeted clients and pets during the Dental Program. Calculated revenue will be extended beyond Dental Program related services to include add-on revenue such as pet food, grooming, etc. In addition, revenue from pets receiving both monthly wellness reminders and dental program letters during the program period will also be included in the program revenue calculation.

Upon conclusion of the program, Vet Met will request a data transmission from participating practices. Using these transmissions, Vet Met will compile Dental Program data for each practice which will include:

• Total 2005 Dental Marketing Program revenue
• Client response rate
• Revenue per client response

As identified in the Dental Program data, practices that generated total revenue less than five times their program investment will receive a refund or credit equaling the full amount of their Dental Program investment.
